Our Services
Consistent, Reliable HVAC Service You Can Count On
We built Goblin Heating & Cooling around one idea: homeowners deserve a heating and cooling services provider who shows up, tells the truth, and does the job right the first time. Every AC repair, furnace installation, and water heater replacement gets the same attention to detail, whether the ticket is a quick diagnostic or a full system change out.
That consistency is what keeps customers across Clio, Burton, Flushing, Swartz Creek, and the surrounding areas calling us back for maintenance plans and repeat service. We do not send a different crew every visit or a salesperson to your door. You work with a trained technician who knows your system and gives you options based on its actual condition, not a quota.
The reviews below reflect that approach. They come from homeowners and small business owners who needed heating repair, AC installation, or water heater service and got a straightforward experience from start to finish. Homeowners in Flint, Grand Blanc, and Davison have trusted us with their heating and cooling systems for the same reason: straightforward answers and dependable results.

Great people very knowledgeable and explained everything about their business and work
Good
Came same day I called in 2 hrs. Josh was very courteous and what I liked about him he is honest and made sure dryer duct was installed properly to prevent any problems of leaking gas or lint. Very nice young man. Will use their again.
Called today the came out a couple hrs. later. My AC was leaking water through the ceiling. Had a couple other companies to come out didn’t fix it but he went through everything and fixed what they had messed up or over looked. Plus put a 30 warranty on it. Will call them for all my heating and cooling needs very nice and professional.
Highly recommend this company. Jake was great and took the time to answer all of our questions. Very affordable and overall great people to work with. They did a great job on our boiler work. 5 stars.
Thank you for coming out the same day and fixing my leaking AC unit! Very helpful and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
